Any of these physics, science or math classes got you down? AP
physics, SAT physics, MCAT physics, college
physics (mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, thermodynamics, quantum
physics), electronics engineering,
and the supporting math (algebra, geometry, trig, calculus, differential
equations) needed for these
classes.
Physics and related science classes can be difficult even for
bright, hardworking
students.
Admissions to the college of your choice, or to grad school,
can be greatly affected by your grade in
high school or AP physics, your MCAT score, or college physics.
I serve the Palos Verdes area of South Bay, including
Torrance, San Pedro, Rolling Hills, Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes
Estates, and neighboring areas.
I've taught at the college level. After working many years as an
electronics engineer,
I returned to grad school to study physics. This was followed by
teaching at the college level.
You are personally important to me. Unlike many young student
tutors, I'm a 55+ retired
college instructor. Many student tutors care little about you and tutor
only to
support their own education. I tutor by choice, because I like helping
people. I've worked with
students since 1990.
Former students have written back thanking me for my tutoring.
Let's work together at a tutoring practice very easy to reach. We
live just off major roads,
with plenty of street parking available.

Get to know me. I look forward to working with you. PS Steve (my
husband, also an engineering
physicist) designed this website.
